# ✨ THE COMEBACK FORMULA EVERY STUDENT NEEDS ✨

# ✨ THE COMEBACK FORMULA EVERY STUDENT NEEDS ✨

Occasionally, every student feels like they're falling off, not working hard enough, losing motivation,

and generally losing their spark.

You may feel burnt out, exhausted, stuck and overwhelmed- don’t feel bad or worthless,

hard workers always have their ups and downs, so what matters is maintaining a positive mindset,

finding ways to better yourself and your situation, not losing hope, and getting back on track.

This is basically making a comeback.

While at this, remember to prioritise your mental health, and try your best to always be happy.

## 🌱✨ Firstly, Identify the Root Cause ✨

Sit down, think and reflect on what could be the cause or causes of destabilisation in your consistency and performance.

It could most likely be distractions like devices and friends/friendships, an ineffective study routine or schedule,

procrastination, which I also struggle with, self-doubt, disappointment, and bad time management

( I advise you to go read my other article ‘A Girl Boss’s Guide To Time Management’ πŸ˜‰ or even family issues

(The most I can say for this is to try your best not to let whatever may be happening affect you,

But once in a while, it’s almost impossible, so don’t worry,  you’ll definitely overcome).

Acknowledging the reason/s is a very good step to improvement.

## πŸ”„πŸ’« Next, START OVER πŸ’«

Try limiting your distractions by deleting any social media apps for easier concentration,

and to keep your mind free of brain-rotting content while consuming the necessary content that you need.

Also, keep your phone or any other device which you do not use for study far from you while at it,

like in another room away from where you study.

When it comes to friends, set boundaries and have mutual conversations with your friends about it.

This is all I can say since it was what I did, and it worked for me.

It was a teacher who advised me to do this. Be careful, things might get sour,

especially when it’s your best friend, who you are obviously close to, lol πŸ˜‰.

If you’re like me, who tends to procrastinate,

Create a To-Do list with time blocks and deprive yourself of certain things if you fail to do any of the

things on your list as punishment, and give yourself rewards only when it’s very big and important tasks that

You’ve fully accomplished.

Distance yourself from whatever makes you procrastinate,

Look for sources of motivation and break your tasks into smaller bits in case you feel overwhelmed or anxious.

If it’s time management, read the third paragraph 😘.

Lastly, create a better study routine, and inculcate better study habits and techniques into it like active recall,

spaced repetition, practice questions, past questions and even topical past questions.

Your strategy matters a lot.

## πŸ”₯🌟 Lastly, BE CONSISTENT!!!!! 🌟

Consistency is key, so don’t pause so early or soon.

Keep going, keep pushing, find other good ways to make your comeback easier,

and only take breaks when necessary. Try self-affirmation for motivation and defeating self-doubt.

If you feel like giving up, think of all the things you would like to accomplish and how things would turn out if

you did give up. Have faith and trust in God for whatever you want-

You need to do your part by putting in the work. Good things take time, so if you use that time efficiently,

you’ll yield good results in due time.

Xoxo,

Nathaniel Natalie. E.

πŸŽ€πŸ’— CRASH COURSE COMEBACK: STUDENT’S SURVIVAL GUIDE TO GETTING HIGHER GRADES πŸ’•πŸ“šπŸŒ·

CRASH COURSE COMEBACK STUDENTS SURVIVAL GUIDE TO GETTING HIGHER GRADES Is this your last year of school, and you want to make it count? Or do you just strive to become an academic overachiever, and you can’t seem to get it? Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Today, I’m going to share with you some tips that saved me during high school and can save you, too. MORNING WAKING Firstly, you have to identify what works for you to read. Are you a morning bird or a night owl? Do you do more during the peak of the day (afternoon) or when everything is settling down towards evening? Another thing to know is that being a morning bird can mean different things. It can mean to wake up around 2-4 am. These are the first early birds. It could mean waking up by 6-8 am. These are the mid-early birds. It can also mean getting all your work done before 12 pm because that is when your productivity is max and more focused, or you are less distracted. ORGANISATION One key to becoming an academic star, whet...

Meet Elizabeth Odukoya — The Woman Who Decided, “Periods Won’t Stop Us! ” If you think heroes always arrive on a stage with a spotlight and a cape, meet Elizabeth Odukoya. Her superpower is less about dramatic entrances and more about an unstoppable combination of curiosity, stubborn kindness, and a refusal to let silence keep girls from school. She is a trailblazer who mixes medical training, community action, art, sport, and a fierce environmental conscience — and she does it all with the kind of calm energy that makes you wonder why the rest of us aren’t doing more. Elizabeth’s journey began with a simple conviction: education and determination can transform lives. She earned her diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland with first-class honours , and she holds the distinction of being the first graduate in Therapeutic Technologies from RCSI — an early sign that she’s not afraid to walk unpaved paths. Today, she’s pursuing her MD at the Medical University of Ł...
